- We will address the big muscles of the chest and shoulders first to allow for a more optimal body alignment.
- We will explore myofascial release exercises of the neck.
- We will use simple moves to release tension from the overworked jaw muscles.
- We will continue with some vocal self-massage around your larynx.
- Learn how to do all of the above safely so that you can replicate it anytime you need to release tension.
